As an organisation committed to creating safe, supportive, and loving environments for children and young people across our city, our partnership with Leeds Pride will allow us to connect with the community, raise awareness about the vital need for foster carers in Leeds, and highlight the diverse and inclusive nature of fostering.

Leeds Pride, taking place on Sunday 20 July, is more than just a parade and a party; it's a powerful demonstration of unity, acceptance, and the rich diversity that makes our city so special. On the day, you’ll be able to find us in three places: the Family Area, at our stall in the Market Area and you might even catch a glimpse of us marching in the parade!

At Foster4Leeds, we actively encourage applications from all backgrounds, recognising that a rich mix of experiences and perspectives only strengthens our ability to provide the best care for children. We are proud to have members of the LGBTQ+ community as our foster carers, and we offer bespoke support for those who join us – such as membership to New Family Social, a LGBTQ+ adoption and foster care charity.
